Strength and Conditioning

We are excited to offer Strength and conditioning for PDHoops athletes with certified personal trainer and Certified Sport Performance Enhancement trainer Russ Schum.  Russ is excited to work with PDH athletes to help them become a better overall athlete for basketball as well as other sports our athletes focus on (soccer, lacrosse etc).  Russ Schum is a personal trainer at Club Fit and has a strong connection to PDHoops!  Personal trainer Russ Schum continues to work with countless professional, collegiate, high school and middle school athletes on a weekly basis.  Some of his clients include (but are not limited to) professional soccer and basketball players, collegiate lacrosse, soccer, basketball and football athletes, countless high school and middle school football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, fencing and track athletes.

Russ is ready and willing to work with any and all of our athletes with private one on one training sessions as well as small group training sessions.  Sessions can and will be personalized to your athletes needs and desires.  Sessions can include strength, agility, conditioning, footwork, injury prevention and vertimax training.  Training sessions run for 30 minutes, 1 hour or even an hour and a half if requested.
